Warranty and return policy

Retrieval:

Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it is in its original condition without opening the factory packaging of the product.

Electronic products:

Its warranty is according to the warranty of its official agent for one, two, or five years.

Accessories:

The warranty is that it is in excellent condition and has no manufacturer defects.

Spare parts:

-There is no return for sold spare parts unless the order was made in error by the store (products arriving other than those requested on the invoice, or parts arriving with a break or manufacturing defect)

_ The spare parts warranty is for one year from the date of the invoice, and does not include poor installation.

(All parts are tested before being sent to the customer. (We bear the shipping costs if there is a manufacturing defect.)

Quality Guarantee: If the item is discovered to be counterfeit, you will be refunded the value of the item and shipping, if any.

_ We also cover any amount when returning the product if the product is different from the order or there is a defect in it.

_ Refund the amount within 14 working days from the date of cancellation, or the date the order arrives at the store (products sold through Tabby, there are no returns, only exchanges).

_ The store has the right to cancel any order if there is an error in the pricing, or the product is not available in stock.
